There is actually a fanfic universe where Blueblood is the Dark Knight.  
The same fanfic universe had an OC as Wonder Woman, Shining Armor as the Green Lantern and RD as Superman (cough I mean Super mare).

Being a strong capable female with a compassionate side to her and a penchant for honest, who has served surprisingly good moral support…also thighs.
 
True her personality is most in tune with Superman/Clark (another character with dead parents) given they have the most similar upbringing, but both the case in point is that AJ is better suited for those types of heroes than given her lack of emotional baggage and brooding loner type behavior.

On another note, why do people keep suggesting Applejack for Wonder Woman? Honesty part aside, they aren’t much alike personality wise or in attributes. The most common thing is the Lasso of Truth/Honesty part and nothing else seems to make them alike.

I’ve went through this about a million times, but hey…whats one more. The differences between Dash and batman is to kept intact for the comedic/satirical purposes of putting someone like her in his position. It’s a common thing with parody…sense spoofs began
 
The whole, alter ego who can be kind of a douche thing that works with Blueblood, here, also works kinda with dash, as well (it’s not like she’s had the best track record).
 
Scootaloo makes the perfect robin, and her chemistry with Dash (like between Bats and Robin) is not one of overt nurture, but of mentoring.
 
Also, Dash lives to be a hero more than anyone of the mane six (almost to a fault like we see in the dark knight trilosy, albeit not as dark obviously), and as I’ve stated another billion times, it’s really not a superpower for a pegasus to fly or a unicorn to use magic. If an earth pony were to do those things, THAT would be a super power. Also AJ is a much better Supermare/Wondermare in terms of upbringing and personality.
 
Even the raridash batmare/catmare I’ve done (which is now apparently a bad thing) with it is reflective of Batman’s penchant for finding love in the most unexpected places.
 
Really didn’t expect you to take such a 180 on me out of nowhere like this. I really didn’t even wanna get into this again, but apparently I can’t even compliment someone without someone throwing shit in my face over a casting choice they dont like or have no interest in understanding. I at least put a lot more thought into it than some overused meme.
