There’s nothing wrong with having a lovely figure, and that Smarty Pants is great, but the outfit itself is just plain tacky. While the cutie mark is printed on it rather nicely, I would have avoided such a low-quality cotton for a cosplay, and the outfit itself just isn’t appropriate for the character. The mane/tail colors, while not the worst, are VERY off, and the shoes are a disaster.

This is the ugliest twilight I have ever seen in cosplay :I  
Sorry but giant hooter do not make up for that tail…or eyes…. or heels ugh.

Eh, this is one of those times when I must say the cosplay would be more effective if she put more clothes on.
 
Maybe cut down on the eyeliner a bit too.
