This is a combinations of the “force feeding,” “inflation,” and “slime/goo girl” fetishes (my favorite combo of fetishes ever made.) My guess is that the slime Chrysalis has air in her slime to keep her prey alive while her slime slithers into her mouth and oozes into her belly.
