I like to believe that this is Celestia from an alternate Universe, where all the ponies are Changelings, who peacefully coexist with nature by nurturing and taking care of animals, taking a small parcel of love for sustenance, and the changelings are ponies, who consider the changelings decadent wretches and want to force them to live under their strict, authoritarian method of life.
