WHYYYY! HORSE FUCKERS! BOYCOTTS! THIS CANT BE REAL!”
Shhh, guys…Its just a cartoon
Did you just say “fruitf****rs”?
Lets rock, feminists! Oh and off the job I also add some Manson-esque clawed gloves too
Obsessive people are everywhere.
Yeah, I’m a Spike fan. But even I have to admit it’s because of his potential and not what they have actually done with him thusfar.
People will make a problem out of anything. It gets quite annoying after a while. Just shut yer trap and enjoy the show! Analyzing is fun, but when people start to take their own ramblings seriously they go too far and they should certainly not bother others wih that bullcrap.
God, can’t the PR intern just have a little fun once in a while?
None of those things come with being a fan of the show. The only thing being a fan of the show should imply is that you like a cartoon.
Publicity? I imagine so. But whatever your stance on publicity being good or bad, I’ll bet the last thing you want to hear is “home of the horsefucking, fat, neckbearded, misogynist, fedora wearing crowds.
Hey, Applebee’s got something out of it.
I’ve seen really obsessive people about a certain issue that affects them in other countries. But the “I must defend everyone, they can’t defend themselves!” faulty logic is one I’ve never seen outside the USA. I’d say it’s hypocritical that these people are usually jingoistic and ethnocentric, but they’re the ones who think drinking French wine and listening to K-pop is “cultural appropriation.”
I only brought up that thing with Spike because I know you’re a fan of him. I personally find it ridiculous. It’s worse than when they characterize him with the MRA stereotype of being “friendzoned.”
Not to mention the UK is trying to be like the USA like some obsessive fangirl.
Rarity is an independent woman. Spike is trying to impose romance on what this person believed to be a bastion of many feminist ideals. Spike sees himself as a knight in shining scales when saving her, and they hate men saving women.
This kind of ignores that Spike would do anything for Rarity and vice versa, and that they’re both hopeless romantics.
I guess.
But I’ve yet to find a non-American SJW. It’s weird.
I’m sure I’ll regret this question because I know the answer and just hope to be proven wrong, but how did they argue their point on Spike?
I just say it how it is. I don’t really care whom it pisses off.
Yeah, some people have just run out of things to bitch about, so they create things to bitch about.
Two things:
You’re awesome and a breath of fresh air, and part of the reason why I like the Netherlands.
And some really shitty people call Spike a misogynist for having feelings towards Rarity. Despite the fact that he’s like 12 tops and had genuine and deep feelings that he expresses.
Oh, I am sure there are plenty of those out there. But these men are called bums. Women who do this usually go by the name of lazy housewife, even if they hardly do anything around the house and can hardly be called a housewife. They are not condemned as much.
I’ve had one of these women tell me that she quit her part-time job, because she didn’t like it. Her boyfriend had a full-time job. When I asked if he liked what he did, she just said: “It’s not like he can quit, since we need the money.”
I was just like: “wat”
But these never got a change to escape when the politic do their parasite frenzy calling everyone who’s unemployed or even who work if it he didn’t win more than 30,000$ years, a trash of the society, a burden of the nation…
True, but I think you are underestimating the number of men who do little to no work and expect everything to be handed to them.
I am speaking in general. Don’t tell me it is not more commonly accepted that a woman stays home because she doesn’t want to work rather than the man that is expected to take care of her.
Not all of them.
