nope, she will be raped, that is what I think, but, by who, I don’t know, probably a male human, or Bender, or probably Flim (I call Flim, Flam and I call Flam, Flim, so, Flim is the one with the mustache and Flam is the one with none, why, because it suits them better that way, not their original, canon selves, the names don’t suit their appearance, that is why, I have swapped their names

I believe what he means is that if you happen to say something vulgar, the person in question may claim you’re just like someone who wronged them or traumatized them in the past. E.g. he was beaten up by Girl Scouts in the past. You say you think the Girl Scouts are awesome. He screams you’re a murderous, money-grubbing lesbian-lover like the Girl Scouts, even though you never beat him up (or even knew about this traumatizing event).

That said, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone on the net simply claimed to have gone through some sort of trauma simply to shut the conversation down. I recall claims like that about the one who started that Down with Molestia business.

Triggering is saying something that would cause a whiny baby to have an “utterly traumatizing” mental flashback to something bad that happened to them earlier in their life. Apparently because you said something vulgar it’s your fault that they’re such an emotional wreck and have these flashbacks.
