As a fellow artist and owner of a business, pirating is illegal first of all. Second of all opinions of those who steal from others cause they don’t wish to spend money to see something that they know already beforehand that they will dislike is nonsense..and frankly not worth a consideration. If you have to go so low as to pirate for art then that is scum.
@Background Pony
Jegus fuck, just go back to Tumblr and yell at people for their privilege or something.
Is it really that hard to understand why someone would value the opinions of people who actually support an artist over people who treat them like they’re entitled to get the fruits of their labor for free?
@PoppyCock
We differ in opinion. The fact that you thought it was fine to verbally abusive someone from the start, will not be amended by anything you say afterwards. It has every reason in the world to be brought up again.
Suit yourself, man but you’re talking to a brick wall at this point. >_> But you’re being a little obsessive over it. I’m not perfect, I don’t claim my art to be perfect, I have fubared, I have owned up to it, and I apologized to that person for doing so. There’s still no reason, in my opinion, to bring it up.

You told someone to go fuck themselves at the very first thing you did to respond to criticism. That’s not something that’s just dropped away; it is a very clear indicator of how you treat people. I’ll continue to bring it up, because it is something that is worthy to bring up, and people like you shouldn’t feel privileged to go around and attack people without any response.
I must apologise for missing your apology there. It wasn’t a part of any reply to anyone, so I missed it. It does, however, not change anything of the situation or your behaviour.
You didn’t mean to imply “fuck you”, but that is exactly what you wrote to him. There’s no logic in the world where that makes sense. You went out of your way to attack someone, so damn well live with being called out on it. You didn’t even apologise to the person.
I’m one of the few then, and I don’t feel guilty for doing so. And please let that go already. I didn’t mean to imply “fuck you” in that last post, and it has been dropped. Stop dwelling on a fubared post.
@PoppyCock
That’s really entitled of you to say. While pirated, they receive an identical product where they can create an opinion in exactly the same way as someone who bought it. Very few throw away people’s opinions with the excuse that “he/she pirated it”. Often times, those people have a lot to say in why they didn’t buy it, and what would make them buy it in the future. Those who care about increasing their audience rather than just keeping their current audience aren’t so hastily to throw such poor excuses at others. But I shouldn’t be surprised, I’m talking to the person who tell others to go fuck themselves if they dare to critizise your work.
I had made a survey a while back for those that wanted to, to post their criticisms about the comic. What they liked about it, and what they hated about it. What they would have liked to see, and suggest what could make the next one better. If someone didn’t buy it, I can’t really take their opinions in consideration because they pirated it. It’s like a person pirating a movie, and then complaining about it to the creator after watching it on a bootleg copy.
The creator may not take that person’s opinion’s seriously, and will pay attention to the people that have a legitimate gripe about it. So yeah, I do have to judge people’s opinions based on who purchased it or not.
@PoppyCock
Have in mind some people are still sore about the whole STockholm’s thing.
Like, “holy fuck, they could punch a hole in a concrete wall” sore.
@PoppyCock
Issue with you? No, but you don’t know anything about portraying a character, and all pervious canon characters have had their characterisation and personality completely butchered by you in your comics.
Yeah, good fucking luck with that, there hasn’t been a public release of jackshit from this dude in a decade.

Uhm, yes I did? And he apologized for sounding snippy. We both dropped it after that. Why do you keep bringing that up?

Why would you pay me to do that?
No, I didn’t want to waste my money. I’m saving it all so I can pay to convince you to stop censoring shit.

I did, and I regret doing so.
Frankly, I don’t see how that has anything at all to do with this. Do you judge people’s opinions based on whether they bought something or not?
Well, did you buy the comic?
Have in mind some people are still sore about the whole STockholm’s thing.

Do you have some kind of issue with me?
