Taken from guidelines: In Derpibooru, tags are how search and filtering for all users work. Thus we have a basic set of required tags to denote major themes and content which some may find offensive or troublesome at work, and beyond that, the system is fairly freeform and determined by users.
 
Crinkleloo’s major theme is “diapers” so no less, it’s a very appropriate tag. Hell, the “wat” tag is used on some images, and there’s little context to the term, and some people have a subjective opinion on what images they’re “wat” to.
 
In short, the tag is relevant to Crinkleloo as a major theme.

Agreed. As far as I know, you only tag stuff that’s on the pic, and not the source.
 
Still, I’m glad it had diapers tagged because I wouldn’t have seen it otherwise.

Um… Nopony is wearing a diaper in this. I get in involves “crinkleloo” but there still isn’t no diaper. that’s like putting a “heart attack” tag when it’s a of Fluttershy or Sweetie Belle, even if it’s not that cute.
