this is not official report only a self-found ideas. I saw a flaw in him as a character. He seems in over his head about Twilight. I can see him being a swaggering kind of character, but also awkward,and vulnerable underneath. I hope he does return so we can see development.

First of all, Flash didn’t photoshop those pictures to begin with. And he seems like a nice noble dude. His actions dictated his personality. How is he a Mary Sue? He has qualities that could make him a fulfilled character if only we had more time to see him instead of Twily.
And second: If you don’t act butthurt others won’t think you are. If you don’t like him or the ship, that’s fine, but stop getting defensive about fictional characters.
