That’s fine too…they’re all just headcanons. I just like the Scootneglect angle because it makes her a more interesting and resilient character.

That seems to support the “Scootaloo has no parents” headcanon (no pony to make sure her mane is brushed before she goes to school).
Or at least “Scootaloo has parents, but they’re neglectful” like I believe.
