The image… Were all mane six about they could probably destroy any source of evil though friendship magic. (Seemingly, the dam and alley scenes are in Jeruselum, y’all say, so I’d think local survivors would say the mane six are His gifts to the world… Which I wouldn’t put past us for agreeing to if I know how we think. XD )

Which still didn’t make a lot of sense. The book used shamblers, so they weren’t exactly dodging between bullets. Getting consistent headshots should have been very possible. Heck, it was possible later in the freaking book, with less men and resources and more zombies.

Even assuming that shamblers stayed intact after being inside the blast radius of a tank shell (how?) that would at least knock them down, giving shooters time to prepare or shoot them while they were on the ground.

A problem with a lot of zombie apocalypse stories is that the zombies are supposed to be an incredible threat despite just being a moving corpse. World War Z had some good writing, but it jumped headfirst into that hole.

Wrong. You are wrong. You are spectacularly wrong. There are a number of ways in which you are profoundly wrong, but let’s just stick with small arms for now.

First off, believe it or not, the army learned its lessons from Vietnam regarding maintaining the AR-15 and its derivatives. Soldiers are trained to give them the maintenance they need at every chance they get. They can be set to semi-automatic fire, where they only fire one bullet at a time, despite Brooks thinking that they’re only bullet hoses. Despite crapping where they eat, so to speak, necessitating the aforementioned frequent maintenance, direct impringement also gives AR-15s high accuracy due to having a minimum of moving parts. Hydrostatic shock would result in either zombies’ brains getting popped inside their skulls by the shockwaves, or big chunks getting ripped out of them, bigger than any chunks a 5.56 round could rip out of a living human (a living human, by the way, who would be running and taking cover and shooting back).

I can go on like this.

the movie was alright,it did had a couple good moment’s like the jerusalem scene, like you said,i think people who read the book (without seeing the trailer) was expecting a long hour documentary like the book with locations on different pov when the character they interviewed.

You know, I actually kinda liked World War Z (the movie, never read the book).

I mean, it’s not great but it definitely took a rather different approach to zombies with the global scale and … it was alright.

Though, I totally understand the complaints of those who read the book are are pissed that the movie had jack shit to do with the book.

Have to admit the entire Jerusalem was fucking intense though.

To be fair, the weapons in the book were the only ones that could hurt the zombies. Like the Lobotomizer, a shovel mixed with a battle axe and the SIR, a rifle that never jams. You couldn’t blow the zombies to bits, you had to make sure the head was taken out otherwise what was the point of fighting these things?

i was disappointed in the movie well mostly because i read the book,i could’ve wished the movie was made in a documentary style in the movie, but no we got a generic zombie movie, but i did heard the author of the book did say this was a prequel to that book i have too watch it again later on.
