It is. It just goes nowhere. Pinkie’s too confident in herself to ever think anyone will think worse of her, and she at the very least is incapable of completely rejecting somebody. There’s no drama, no angst. And also, why do all shipfics end in the pairing getting together? Why can’t we have a fic where, for example, Applejack comes out to Fluttershy but Fluttershy doesn’t feel the same way and then everypony just goes back to their routines with a minimum of awkwardness?
