I honestly hate how he justifies his asshole nature as “satire”. Because yes, use the same excuse as Lily/Jerry Peet does with his/her content with being a dick and going “I’M A COMEDIAN, I’M SUPPOSE TO BE A DICK”.

Because of the major faggot I am, I turned the entire Antlers discography into ponystories. So far In The Attic of the Universe has been the most fun to write. Uprooted was pretty legit though; Hospice and Burst Apart just made me sad.

I agree with you though, In the Attic of the Universe never gets enough credit. It gives me this light, floaty feeling. Dream Folk is the best genre I can use to describe it.
