No, neither of those two tags should be used here. I don’t know why they were added to begin with, but whatever.

sooo… this is tagged “vinyl scratch” and “recolor” i think vinyl scratch would not be necessary because… err… its just an oc, not vinyl scratch (i know it resembles a lot) and recolor is ok, i guess, but i truly did this from scratch (no puns intended)
 
should vinyl scratch be put off or not? (i am trying to adjust to this site’s tag thing)
