I actually caught 2 sharks, a scorpion, a giant stag beetle, an ocean sunfish, a saw shark, and an arapaima on my first day & night of AC:NL.
Is it me, or are the rarer creatures more easier to catch? (Not that I’m complaining, it’s annoying when they escape.)
I also saw a tarantula, but it nocked me out. So can’t get ’em all. lol
Well, I have 300 of those, (the maximum, I think) so that’s no problem for me.
I hated how in the DS one (“Wild World”) you could only get the SMB (Super Mario Bros.) items via a store event.
It’s extremely easy to get Nintendo items in this game if you have play coins.
