Description
Ponies made up of shadows, who terrorized the Crystal Empire and were eventually imprisoned.
Using powerful magic, the Umbra ponies create shadow crystals, turn objects into stone, alter their appearance, vanish into clouds of smoke and conceal themselves in shadows. The Crystal Heart is an artifact that poses the greatest threat to them.
King Sombra is the first representative of the Umbra, sent by them to reclaim power over the Crystal Empire.
