I’m sure that Trixie would do something like this:
She has so much ego that she thinks she’s one of the most beautiful females of Equestria, and that means that her advanced stage of pregnancy would only push her to show off her body even more, showing her full belly with pride.
I’m sure that she would be even prepared in case the time comes, having a speech for that case:
