One of the disciples of Twilight Sparkle, she’s stubborn and arrogant. She has a high opinion of herself and is always seeking knowledge in all forms of magic. Unicorn magic, chaos magic, and Umbra(ie. Dark Magic). Sometimes she’s a little over her head in this regard.

Moonlight doesn’t like authroity and will purposefully make things difficult for herself just to get a ‘win’ against anyone who tells her what to do.

Moonlight is fluent in a ancient pony language she’s studied since she was a child. She uses this to write spells and translate books and scrolls with Twilight.

*Writing spells does not require a horn so Moonlight has been interested in trying to apply this lost form of magic into non-unicorns way of life. She dreams of day where she popularizes it again and gets her name on a history book.
*She is dating Sunny, when they first met they were ‘rivals’ for the attention of Twilight Sparkle. Though this rivalry was largely one-sided Moonlight came to like him and later began to develop feelings for him.
*She has a maiden-heart and wishes to have the perfect romance. She reads a ton of romance novels and watches dramas.
*As a kid she had a idol-like worship over Stygian and at some point trained under him to learn dark magic.
*slight blindness in right eye because of excess use of magic.

Friendships:
Pinch(no ref yet!): Schoolmate and her first ever friend. They attended the same magic academy but for entirely different reasons.

Crabapple: Friend she met in a Poetry Club as an adult. Likes his art.

Simmer: Another schoolmate, she gravitated to him becase of his attitude in learning magic.

Types of friendships she likes: Mature friendships with adults. Aside from Pinch who is immature and goofy she gravitates towards friendships with people she can have long conversations with.
