Nope. Working outdoors in winter still makes you sweat. The sweat has nowhere to go, so it crystalizes on your skin, keeping you cold no matter what you do or how many layers you have. Removing the wet clothes is the only way to get warm, but you can’t do that outside while working. At best, you might have extra sweaters/jackets, but they never give you time to switch, and you’re still wet from sweat, so it doesn’t last much.

Shouldn’t it be the other way around? Working in winter heats you up while working in summer make you sweat so much you could drown in it.
Winter is only fun for the people who stay inside all day; working outdoors in winter is Hell.
