Sorry if I act rude but I hate people who like Flutterdash or say they like another shipping or they just put mean comments about Raridash! Come on guys Raridash need more love! I Love this pairing even if it’s gay or least popular! Rarity is a Marshmallow and Rainbow dash is a skittle. See? Their like sugar! I wish Raridash was supported the most just saying…. :(

I didn’t say anything was without merit or nonsensical to the point of being disregarded. People can ship whatever whether I think some ships are stupid or not (even if I don’t hate or dislike them), that shouldn’t matter to them or you. It wouldn’t matter to me.

You said they’d have to be discorded in order to be “shipped this way” so that’s why I brought it up. And my point still stands that just because a ship is more of a challenge to write doesn’t make it without merit or nonsensical to the point where it should be brushed aside for more popular ones.

I don’t know about that, any ship within the mane six is laughable if you really think about it because it’s not like Hasbro would ever canonize lesbians. I didn’t say anything about Raridash either so I don’t know why you’re bringing it up.
 
That said I don’t really dislike any ships I just think some make a lot more sense than others. They’re all friends, but it makes sense that AJ is easier to ship with Rarity, Dash or Twi than Pinkie (or Fluttershy) because they hardly even interact in the show, so there’s a lot more to go on. Even disregarding chemistry. Same with all the others and different members of the mane six. I don’t see why that would be hard to understand.

You’re entitled to think that. But this notion that any ship within the mane six in particular is beyond imagination unless “discorded” is laughable. Pinkie is closer to Applejack, and Dash closer to Rarity, then they are to anyone outside of that circle of friends.
 
Because some ships are more of a challenge to write that means they are impossible and not worth enjoying?
 
“Picking and choosing” is a factor in literally every ship…not just the ones you dislike. I’m sure there is plenty of whatever ship you’re holding above this on this site to enjoy. Why then snark at people when they enjoy shipping Dash with a friend of her’s who has shown that she can empathize with her deeply being someone with big dreams and anxieties herself (and whose life she’s saved more that any her other friends).
 
Of course there’s more to it than that, but this is a bit long as is, and I hope you get my point.

I guess, but you could probably say that about any ship if you pick and choose enough to justify it. Doesn’t change that some come more naturally than others.
