I have made a new oc and I drew her 3 times!
I had a blue sky dress and a subtle rainbow dress in mind and I couldn’t decide which I preferred so I decided to make them both canon but simply make the blue sky one a default. But I figured if I was making multiple outfits a thing this character had why not at a night sky robe that could be cute.
I am progressing onto my goal of making a pone of each type that exists in my pony lore document. Honestly I was working on a Destrier but I hit a brick wall there and started to feel burnout so I decided to shift gears and work on something else, which is this pone. Ironically I started working on that earthpone to take my mind off writing for a bit and to keep myself from rusting but yknow it does be.
I am not entirely committed to that cutie mark design, but its the rough idea for what I intend to do, when I get something more final, I will edit this post as appropriate.
This mare is supposed to be a very soft and calm cloud themed pegasus mare, an ivory on white color palette looks a bit plain, but it also means that she works well with a lot of different color palettes. I’m thinking she might live on some kind of floating island and make a living off of materials and plants that can only form under those conditions, could be a comfy environment. Yknow an adventure setting would have a lot of changing scenery to it but a floating island would make a nice consistent baseline, might say shes good at camoflauging it with clouds too iunno.
Also I decided to name my Kirin oc Gloria Graces, it was a placeholder name but so was Whaletail but you add a placeholder name and it grows on you like mold until you’re attached. I need to draw her again I drew all my other pony ocs multiple times but she only got one drawing she got SCAMMED. But I also need to write but I also need to design that destrier but i also need to design Whaletail and Gloria’s qt marks and I should also draw tf2 mares again. So I should be doing alot of things. It will all happen eventually its fine.

Edit: tbh I now hate this drawing. Originally I drew an upskirt shot of the skirt, but I didn’t want the first impression of the character to be sexualized. So I made the skirt longer, but people have mistaken the skirt for shorts and thought it looks like she has a bulge. So this drawing has completely failed its original goal. I’ll fix it at some point iunno
