This could maybe answer few questions (it’s the latest FAQ about the project , mainly an answer to the few who was keep asking why it was taking so long)
 
But we still don’t have news about when everything will be ready. next week ? 2 ? 3?
 
Then after , gotta wait 2-3 weeks for the physical copies to reach their owners before sending the digital files to all the supporters.
 
So yeah , mid-september to october would be my guess.

Ya and the sad part is that people who want to make good stuff like friendship is fighting may they have a chance of getting a c&d from Hasbro if it’s too hyped. Hasbro doesn’t see what’s happening and what will happen. People who want ponies in their works like games and/or animations may have to deal with the law while any pornographic related content won’t be touched. Not only can you make the best pony-porn game ever; you can get MONEY off of it! People will and have had to already shift from equestria daily related content to equestria after dark related content for fame and fortune. When the pony pornagraphic gets too famous the image of Hasbro and mlp fim will be FINISHED! If Hasbro let works like friendship is fighting to become famous the image of pony would be a lot better than worse. People whom want to be positive contributors may do as they please and won’t ever have to look at this image and say, “hay I can’t make any good SFW. Without getting suid.. but I could make amazing NSFW, even for money!” This image is a sign of what is clearly going to happen if it hasn’t already started.

Hasbro can’t C&D porn because it would bring the press’s attention to all the pornography based on the franchise. The press reports that the internet is full of Pony pornography, and then suddenly the moral guardians say that Ponies are sexualizing our children and that their unspoiled eyes need to be shielded from the franchise.
 
Basically, the Streisand Effect would happen. Hasbro would be shooting themselves in the foot, which is why they cannot afford to publicly acknowledge that there is Pony porn. If they send out a C&D, the person can decline it and then Hasbro has to either let it go or take them to court, and if they take them to court then that means the press is going to cover it. Even if they somehow won in court, they would suffer much bigger non-legal losses than if they would by turning a blind eye to it.
 
Ironically, some of our fandom’s R34 is high enough quality to get the attention of non-bronies. One could even make the argument that Hasbro benefits indirectly from the existence of high-quality MLP R34, because it is another way of bringing new fans to the franchise.
