I highly doubt it. For a PNG there’s all sorts of weird noise around the edges whereas if this was a true vector-based artwork that wouldn’t be there. Additionally the highlights in the eye are just oddly shaped and not exactly how a human would draw them, not to mention the right iris is a bit fucky too in how it seems to be misshapen.

All that combined with the fact that it’s a perfectly square 1024x1024 image (unusual resolution for an artist but common for AI) suggest to me that it’s an AI image.

Also also, the original uploader on Inkbunny tagged this as AI, and they describe themselves as an AI artist, so yeah. Don’t go around removing tags on obvious AI artwork.
