I just listened to “Brad” in the trailer again. He actually doesn’t sound like SA. He sounds younger to me.

Dreamy sounds exactly like Shining Armor in the trailer, it’s not just a matter of ahving the same VA
Yes, but this is using the same voice for both the love interest and her older sibling.
Cathy Weseluck voices spike, Mayor Mare, Flitter, Cloudchaser (in “Hurricane Fluttershy”), Amethyst Star, Minuette, Cherry Berry (in “Luna Eclipsed”), Golden Harvest (in “Swarm of the Century”), Twinkleshine (once in “Friendship is Magic, part 1”), Truffle Shuffle (in “Ponyville Confidential”), several nameless incidental characters.
They reuse many of their voice actors for other characters. It’s nothing unheard of.

And he has green eyes. Brad has blue eyed, like Shining Armor.
Furthermore, Shiny and Brad have the same voice actor. Soarin is voiced by the guy who played Ed on Ed Edd and Eddy.
