I’ve been busy, working away at Equestria Girls Mainstreet C and finishing up that MLP 13th Anniversary animation, so it’s been a bit since the last entry of this we saw. But here’s the next part!

Part 6 of this series; I honestly have no idea about this character’s popularity-rating-gauging in the FNF fandom, so I can’t necessarily say “She’s popular, people will for sure know who she is dressed as”. But, I feel like my hints for this one are mildly explicit in spelling it out. (There was another hint I came up with, but it straight-up gave away the answer)

Also, some of y’all are cowards who won’t even try guessing who Starlight was dressed up as. Fluttershy can be a coward too, but at least she managed to work up the nerve to step up to the mic!

EDIT 5 hours later: Alright, someone on deviantART got this one too!
This is Fluttershy dressed as Ruby from the mod “Starlight Mayhem”; picked mainly because Ruby’s sprites definitely portray her a bit shy, bit hesitant to sing in front of a crowd, Fluttershy had a few hair-over-eye moments. A bit of research into the character herself corroborates this a bit more, but not that much further.
