There’s potentially a grimdark AU timeline fanfic somewhere in which the Mane Six keep all that magic and become tyrants, is what I’m saying.

Anyway, we’re at my second estimated deadline for guest comics, which I thought might be the end of the arc, so… I’m done estimating. This arc will be done when it’s done, and if anyone wants to send in a guest comic before then, you’ve probably got a fair bit more time.

DM: Hah… Whew… Okay… The rainbow beam drains all of Tirek’s stolen power and banishes him to Tartarus in one fell swoop. Back under the watchful three-headed gaze of his old “friend” Cerberus.
Pinkie Pie: Awww, who’s a good boy? Who’s a good watchdog of the underworld? Yes you are!
Applejack: So what happens to all that magic?
Fluttershy: Tirek doesn’t have it anymore, so… I guess we get it?
DM: Indeed. All the pony magic Tirek stole surrounds you in a whirl of color, joining the aura around you. For a moment, all the magic in Equestria belongs to the six of you. And there’s only one thing to do with all that magic…
Rainbow Dash: Try to take over the world!!
Mane 5: *DASH!!!*
