Continuity error. That building probably was supposed to look like it did in A New Generation (I say probably because Phyllis mentioned closing down many businesses before Mane Melody, so we can’t know how the building actually looked like at this point).

Pretty sure that’s just a case of reusing assets (just like filly Sunny having the rainbow stripe in her mane in Starscout Code because they reused the model from Making a Foal of Me), as if you look at ANG, it’s not Mane Melody.
