If a changeling has the right genetics, it can grow to have a really huge adult form like this, though they are big as children so it is already obvious they will become brutes. They are just like drones, but impossibly strong and durable and very wild if provoked. They are very protective of their queen and the horde and have seemingly limitless stamina. Because of their bulky bodies and wild behavior, they are like the antithesis of spies, but still work well with them in battle. If one reforms, it would probably turn into a changeling that looks like a giant beetle or any other large insect. Since they are so big, they are crucial in changeling combining much like elites are. A combined changeling can actually still stay together as long as there is at least one elite and one brute, though it won’t be able to fly or walk without spies or drones attached.
