This is Sparkle Oasis, the daughter of Sunny Starscout and Pipp Petals! Born only a week later than her half-sibling Moonie, but with a far more outward intensity, Sparkle acts more like the big sister out of the two. She may be soft and little, but only physically! Her voice is loud, her opinion even more so, and she has absolutely no issue with speaking her mind. Sparkle Oasis is a huge community activist in Maretime Bay, but her work stretches to Bridlewood and Zephyr Heights through her many social media platforms, which she spends most of her time updating. She is a massive fan of 24-hour streams and with the help of her drone Littlewing, is live for the world to see for extended periods of time. Try and take her technology away and she loses her mind, not only because of her online accounts but because of her calendar, music, and journal, which she fully depends on to get through her day.

Sunny's got a little rainbow in her mane and by extension, so does Sparkle! 

Literally the only one shorter than Sparkle is little big sister Moonie and I love it so much, especially since she's the one most willing to start a fight XD
