since in my headcanon sunset shimmer is sunburst’s sister , technically these two are daydream , dusk , and dawn’s cousins !
from left to right ; morning twinkle and sunlight spark
these two are once again redesigns of older next gens i have yet to post until now ( fun fact ; morning twinkle was going to be another twiburt ng but since twi and sunburst already have so many kids i switched her over to this fam instead 😅 )
morning twinkle is obviously the youngest ; she’s smart , resourceful , sassy , and always has an idea . she can control her magic pretty well for a filly and tends to try and find an excuse to use it so she can show off to the older ponies . she and her brother both switch between pony and human worlds , mainly just following their parents wherever they go . morning twinkle just so happens to follow her parents around more - unlike her brother , sunlight , who is a bit more independent .
sunlight spark is the older brother to morning twinkle and , filling in the classic older brother role , is rebellious to his parents and is extremely lazy ,,, sleeping on clouds for most of the day . since he has no horn he isnt being pressured by his mom or aunt to do well in magic school , unlike his little sister twinkle . he leans a bit more to the pony side rather than the human side , mainly because he hates the school aspect of the human world lol . sunset has tried persuading him to join the school of friendship , butttttt he just wont budge ,,,
i love these two sm 🥹 looking forward to getting my whole ng figured out so i can start making art and stories with them !!
