That depends on how the pegasi use titles. He could be prince consort (if the follow the UK example), but if the follow other places he would be still addresses as king although the power is held by his wife.

Poor Hitch in the flower crown pic. They still won’t give him flowers, but at least now he has a crown!
Actually If he married into the royal family he would only be a Prince even when zip becomes Queen
