Yes.
For the taxes, too.
Can I still just blame Kein?
Well, the commissioner and the artist both don’t know who leaked them. That said these things have to go through a 3rd party at some point to actually get printed, so I’d imagine someone along the “supply chain” for that did it.
I blame kein. And I’m guessing the uploader wasn’t it? Because that sounds like someone was hacked.
It and several others were part of a private commission under a “do no publish” agreement. How they got posted in the first place is a mystery only the uploader knows.
And milkmare. Don’t care much for tara, but milkmare being gone is no.
Fluttershy never stopped being adorable and “oh my god I just want to hug her”. However the rest of the cast, including secondary characters (the princesses, Trixie, the CMC, Cheerilee, etc) also gained that quality, plus other character traits.
Basically if you want a safe pillow of Moe and “I need you”, FS if for you. If you want something vaguely resembling an independent person, every other character with more than 3 lines in the show is for you.
This is where Carcer hunts me down.
Oh man, that sucks monkey balls D:
Yes.
Deviantart recently implemented session and time specific download links. If you load a DA image and sit on it for an hour, then hit the “Download Image” link, it will error out. Same if you copy the link into another browser. This hits us as the backend isn’t a browser or treated like one, so their system never redirects to the image.
So we switched to using OEmbed, which they “kind of” support. Kind of in the sense that you’ve already seen they aren’t serving the image they should, but rather a small preview image.
We’ll look into sorting things out soon, but until then, yeah, direct DA uploads are going to mostly be low-res.
I guess you’re referring to the problem with the URL grabbing feature, that doesn’t catch the high res version anymore?
AJ was posted 5 hours ago, and merged forward into a higher res. Rainbow Dash was posted less than an hours ago.
Also I would like to take this moment to give a good old middle finger to DA’s crappiness and being worse than IE6 in terms of following standards they say they support.
A similar one from the same artist featuring Rainbow Dash has a score of 11.
I wonder why?!
