Chrysalis did return, but then she left as soon as she did because she was too awesome to be in the show. Equestria couldn’t handle her.

I would like to see a return of either Sombra or Chrysalis. Maybe an interesting story would be that Sombra came back to life (By some big evil power) and he attacked and destroyed the Changeling’s home and Chrysalis comes to help/aid Equestria when Sombra attacks.

Pffft XD Thanks man (seriously, the poster is a good friend of mine).
 
Its sort of true though. I don’t NEED Chrissy to return, but she was one of the few elements of the show (be it a character, an episode, etc.) that I’ve really shown THAT much interest in. For everything else, I’ve just sort of taken a seat on the sidelines, and watched it all, from drama to praise…
