This is just the sphinx messing with Somnambula. Nammy got a riddle wrong that used some “swap” type wordplay, and this is her punishment: an as-of-yet undetermined amount of time in a gigantic horny sphinx body :P

She been switched places because her mind and her soul are swap into different bodies (not to mention there teeth as well) this is reference to that movie freaky Friday and few others you know where there they got swap into different bodies like young teenager girl who liked get she wants but her mother is living a hard life so some supernatural magic swap there mind and soul and spirit into there different bodies and they have to live as there lifes until they get there bodies back and ect…
