This is the Rainbow Dash X Rainbow Blitz, or Prism Blitz depending on how you write his name, version that i spoke of in this Original picture right here https://derpibooru.org/images/2941500 same bio Identical Twins just like the perviouse bio said. The only thing that is different is some of their colors & the fact that we switch out their father from Rainbow Blaze to Rainbow Blitz.
