Not really. Previous uploads were almost always taken from the “26 ponies” GIF where each pony was only featured for 1/2 cycle, so those uploads would use a mirrored version to complete 1 cycle. These were recently found in an Imgur gallery and they go through a full cycle with no mirroring.

That being said, they are a little faster than the Twilight upload and have slightly different dimensions.
