Plastic Explosives like C4/PE4 dont explode from a Cigarette, you can actual use it as Fuel to cook.

And then because a byproduct of burning C4 is cyanide: you die from cyanide inhalation

Smoking there is not a Problem.
Plastic Explosives like C4/PE4 dont explode from a Cigarette, you can actual use it as Fuel to cook.
It also not react on dropping, throwing, crushing or shooting at it.
It is metastable and just explode when it get an Shockimpulse like from Blasting Caps.
