it’s not just twilight that didn’t think of a foresight for them after their defeat, the pillars of equestria should apologize to them as well for banishing them to another world somehow, cause they too should’ve realized that they would die in that magicless realm that they’re sent to, and especially Starswirl for banishing “villains” like the siren sisters without question, just like how they would’ve banish stygian to that same world, if starlight hadn’t intervened in reminding him that his method in handling villains is more flawed then twilight’s (minus how she handled the dazzilings).

I mean… let’s be honest. The Sirens would’ve yelled at Twilight regardless of what she ended up doing. Does anypony actually believe they’d have been happy, much less grateful, if she stopped them from running away? They would’ve accused her of being cruel for imprisoning them after shattering their gems.
If she sent agents after them to make sure they’re okay, they would have, rightfully, accused her of spying on them. There was no way to win here. The best options would’ve been for those three to ask for help, but since they assume the world owes them, they didn’t.

Yeah, I could see Luna taking a very pragmatic approach. From her point of view, when she defeats an enemy, they STAY defeated. Doesn’t mean she necessarily will kill them, but she’s going to make sure they won’t be a problem in the future.

I’ve thought about that. In general the main limiting factor with anything is what I can make the assets for. I don’t have a Chrysalis model, but if I get good enough story ideas to make it worth it, I can make one.
(I make/kitbash my characters, but sets and props I sometimes make but often just download)

Largely unrelated, it occurred to me last night that, if things have progressed to where she’s been overthrown, Chrysalis will probably be in a similar situation to the one the Sirens were in. Might be interesting if she were to show up at some point. All your decision obviously.

I appreciate that Luna’s solution to Twilight’s whole moral quandary is basically “yeah, you should probably have just killed them”. I suspect there would have been far fewer recurring villains in Twilight’s life if she’d been Luna’s apprentice instead of Celestia’s.
