I am simply going to reply to you once because I don’t want to have a long argument unrelated to the image.
The original topic of this conversation was a comparison between America and Europe specifically, with no mention of releases in Japan.
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon was released in Europe three months before America.
Legend of Zelda:The Minish Cap was released in Europe two months before America.
NES games? Really? You know Super Mario Bros 3 was released in Japan over a year before America right?
The first Animal Crossing game was a N64 Japan-only game.
The first Paper Mario game was released in Japan eight months before America.
And Inazuma Eleven 2, 3, GO 1, GO 2 and Strikers were released in Europe but not in America.
No, literally the opposite is the case: before Nintendo released things simultaneously everywhere, they had a long history of releasing things in America before Europe.
Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker was released in America over a month before Europe.
Super Mario Bros. 3 was released in America over a year before Europe.
The first Animal Crossing game was released in America over a year before Europe.
The first Paper Mario game was released in America eight months before Europe.
Earthbound/Mother 2 was released in America but not in Europe.
Edited
Wait, are you talking about the original Fire Emblem game, or the later ones? Because I did do a Google Search. Fire Emblem is a series that was released worldwide my friend. That is what I was talking about. Sure, the original game wasn’t actually released in the US (much like Earthbound 3, a subject of several memes), and that series didn’t get an international release until the seventh installment, Fire Emblem the Blazing Blade. Following that game’s success all subsequent games have been released internationally.
The fact that you couldn’t even bother to do a Google search says it all.
Fire Emblem was released in the States
Fire Emblem.
Source please?
I always thought that pretty much all Nintendo games are released worldwide regardless of if they are first or third party. With the eShop, games can be released simultaneously in all regions of the world via the Internet without licensing issues. This is true with all online game stores for the most part, including Steam and the Epic Games Store.
In terms of physical releases it would be a bit more of a mixed bag. But digital games can be released anywhere and everywhere with much lower costs.
Lol.
I would think it would be released in North America as well. That is just as big a market for Nintendo as Europe is. Generally speaking games get released in both countries.
Yeah, I know that, but this specific version of the game (made for the Nintendo Switch) doesn’t exist. Also, there isn’t any sort of physical copy of Equestria at War, since that (as you said) is a mod for a game and not a fully original game.
The Game ACTUALLY exists. It’s a mod for a ww2 war game galled Hearts Of Iron IV. It’s a total conversion mod and well put together, bunch of let’s plays for different countries
