Notoriously Divine Tagger - Consistently uploads images above and beyond the minimum tag requirements. And/or additionally, bringing over the original description from the source if the image has one. Does NOT apply to the uploader adding several to a dozen tags after originally uploading with minimum to bare tagging.

Your loud cry encourages your friends and terrifies your enemies. Every ally hearing you gains +2 to Strength, Endurance and Perception and also +15% to critical chance. While this perk is active every critical hit deals triple damage. While under effect of the perk your allies feel neither fear nor mercy. Every enemy hearing you suffers -30% accuracy and -20% damage penalties and also has double critical failure chance. The perk doesn’t affect you.
