Probably. Episode 2 lists Athena Karkanis as Thunder, but she probably actually voiced Zoom (she sounds a bit like Fifi, who was voiced by Athena as well).

The end credits lists a male voice for “Rocky” and a female voice for “Jazz”. But it’s the stallion that has a music themed cutie mark. And someone posted a good argument that the mare is modelled after G1 Sky Rocket.
