To be fair, it’s the eyes is lidded so it’s a bit hard to see the color at the first glance, and also artist can draw Rumble grown up
Also the mount of lighter blue in his mane and tail aren’t in the right spots or amount as Rumble
Rumble’s eyes are purple also he is a child
