I started to think of an AU where Sombra basically let the Umbrum out soon after discovering the door to the prison, so he is more ruthless and sadistic as a result of a very deadly war, but privately he too grows weary of the constant warpath, but is spurred forward by Rabia.
Especially since Rabia tries their hardest to rule instead, something Sombra’s hooves are somewhat tied with, as someone needs to handle the state affairs while he is in the frontlines. Hope tries to mediate and keep a coup from happening.

This is amazing! The head of the princess taken like a spoil of war and the cocky grin really gives the idea of Sombra as a sarcastic, sadistic bastard. And the armour is so well detailed
