After her days of adventuring and saving Equestria, Fluttershy settled down with her husband, Discord, to open up an animal sanctuary in Ponyville. Rainbow Dash

Having climbed up the ranks of the Wonderbolts, Rainbow Dash was a natural successor to Spitfire when she retired. She has a much faster, looser, and creative method of training and flight, and has brought the Wonderbolts into a new era of popularity. She was on brief leave from her duties while pregnant with her triplets.
 
Twilight Sparkle

After her ascension to the throne, Twilight threw herself wholeheartedly into her duties as Princess of Friendship. She has also taken on an apprentice in magic, to train as a successor to the element of magic after her daughter was diagnosed with dysmagia.

Moving back to Ponyville with her wife, Rarity runs her boutique remotely, preferring to spend her time at home with her youngest daughter, Pumpkin Spice. When her oldest, Sapphire Shine, visits for the summer, she devotes her attention to bonding the two sisters together and bringing everyone together as a family.

She is open to expanding it, as well; with the consent of her partners, of course!
