Yeah, being from North America I am quite familiar with Vanhoover Pony Expo. Frankly, it is not too far away from Everfree Northwest, as they are both in the Cascades region of North America (though one is in Seattle, Washington, US and the other is in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA).

I am going to guess that the con was located somewhere in the British Isles, hence the name. It would make sense, since a lot of cons reference the places that they are based in (case in point, Whinny City Pony Con and Everfree Northwest).

Um, I don’t know if you have heard, but G5 is taking place in the same timeline as G4, just many years into the future. As such, EqG technically does exist in G5, as G5 is an evolution of G4. The fact that Sunny knows about the Mane Six and all the references to G4 scattered around Equestria in ‘a New Generation’ is evidence of that. So your statement about EqG not being in G5 is completely false.

I have no clue what My Little Dashie is, and I don’t think it is tied to the canonical story of FiM. So maybe that doesn’t matter in regards to what I was trying to say.

Sunny almost certainly has a human form. As I said, G5 is directly connected to G4, and therefore EqG is also directly connected to G5. As such, if pony Twi had a human form, then chances are the new Mane Five also have a human form, Sunny Starscout included.

And you do have a point regarding Manehattan. Baltimare has also been referenced in FiM as well, and Las Pegasus is a reference to Las Vegas. So there is definitely a possibility that this is a pony version of London, similar to Manehattan. But in that case, what would the name be? It wouldn’t be London, as there aren’t any cities in MLP:FiM that use the same exact names as real life cities. So maybe it could be Manedon? Or maybe there is a better pony pun that you can think of for the city.

Well for a start EqG ponies is part of G4 and not G5. And we don’t know much about 5 that cannon.

We don’t know if Sunny has a human form yet and what happened to the portals from the past and if the mirror is still around.

Also, some might see it the other way around that is London or something that looks like London but in fact part of the pony universe, Like Manhattan and Manehattan.

So…Sunny Starscout found a portal that led to the real world…went through it….and arrived in London?

Honestly, that isn’t too hard to believe considering what we have seen in MLP before. What is hard to believe, however, is why there aren’t people swarming around the two ponies right now. After all, Sunny and Izzy are clearly not ordinary ponies, and considering how many people live in London they would be noticed pretty quickly. Maybe this is a version of Earth where humanity has been wiped out? Kind of eerie to think about, but it would explain the lack of humans in this drawing of a human city.

Also, none of that is even getting into the question of why Sunny isn’t in her human form, since in EqG ponies that went to the human world changed into humans, rather than staying as ponies.
