Well, I believe the 7+ rating is pretty much the same as a 3+ since they’re both unrestricted/made for kids anyways, aside from some scary images.
You’re right. To include the 7 rating this needs slight adjusting.
The semi-grim dark tag could enter on the 16 Pegi classification, because semi-grimdark implies some traumatic themes, blood, and soft torture, which appears in some games with that classification.
