And why would Mayor Mare want a sex change? I thought she was already married and had a 20-year old daughter….unless SHE’S the one getting the sex change.

More horror stories? I don’t know why doctors even still give people morphine, there’s so many superior, more tolerable opiates/opioids for pain management out there that have a much lower incidence of things like delirium, allergic reactions and nausea if correctly administered… When are they gonna learn that you don’t have to dose someone into a narcotic haze to deal with pain, I think they just like shutting patients up…

Yeah, that’s one problem with stuff like morphine. It numbs the pain, but can easily produce delirium.

A doctor gave me a shot of morphine one time when I was in excruciating pain with my back. I don’t know how much he gave me, but I felt out-of-it for 36 hours. Not a pleasant out-of-it, either.
