She just looks like someone scribbled on her with a black marker, bandaged her arm up for no reason, and threw her into a cementary where they put up a gravestone and then dust slowly build on top of her making it seem like she was buried, just adding more to the prank that was pulled upon her, so to me^ this just looks like any regular “afterparty” thing for pinkie…
