Dawn Heart was playing ball with her friends at Fluttershy’s house in the backyard, but one of them threw the ball too far in the Everfree Forest.
The girls didn’t want to go for her, they were scared … so Dawnie and Lightning went for her.
The two girls had walked a long way to find the ball, but in one of them they heard a strange noise that ended up frightening them, but they did not see any danger. They began to follow the strange noise that was coming from the bushes and well … they found a small, tender and soft creature. Dawnie took it and started liking it.
When she returned, her friends were waiting for her worried that they would not return and at that moment Dawn and Lightning took the opportunity to show them the little creature.
Hairy said that she never saw a Jakalope … to which Dawn asked what a Jakalope is and Hairy explained by telling her that her mother had seen them once but she never saw them again.
At that moment Dawnie decided to name her, her friends gave her several names but she didn’t like any of them so she decided to call her “Lissy” herself.
*Lissy was growing up but it is very strange since she is the size of a dragon child like Spike, Jakalopes are not supposed to grow that much but this seems to be very special until Dawn taught her to speak (which is also rare). She is currently Dawn Heart’s assistant.
