Possible, but highly improbable IMHO. With all due respect, it seems like the kind of argument that a two-alicorns-only person would use to dismiss both Cadance and Twilight

I always had a “headcanon” that Cadance was actually a (good-natured) Changeling in disguise. I got this from the curious green sparkle in her eyes when Twilight encounters her in the beginning of Part 2. There are plot holes associated with this–in particular that Chrysalis never calls her out on this and how Cadance “consumes” love mutualistically rather than parasitically–but they are not outside the realm of explanation.
